The stand area at the festival
There will be a lot of different stands to see under the festival.
There will be commercial stands and art stands.
We have chosen to have them all in the same area so they will have the same amount of exposure.
It will also be easy for our audience to find them as they are all placed in our foajè and they will be the first thing you see entering the cinema and the festival. You don’t need a festival pass to have a look at the stand area its open and free for everybody. The stand must follow the opening hours of the stand area and always be attended.
The prices are for the stands are for the whole festival, meaning all the days of the festival and are as follows:
One small Art stand: 1,20 X 0.90m = 500,-
One large Art stand = 2,40 X 0,90m = 700,-
One small commercial stand = 4 X 0,90m = 5000,-
One big commercial stand 8 x 0,90 = 7000,-
The prices includes tables and electricity.
The opening hours of the stands are:
Thursday: 17:00 - 21:00
(Rigging the stands starts at 11:00 on thursday)
Friday: 11:00 - 21:00
Saturday: 11:00 - 21:00
Sunday: 11:00 – 17:00
